By using QuickPics, you agree to these Terms of Service. QuickPics is operated by Maine Winters LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
QuickPics is a photo-to-video slideshow creation platform. Users upload photos and we generate shareable videos with music, transitions, and effects. Videos can be published directly to social media platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickPics. One account per person — do not share accounts.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant QuickPics a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload and publish.
You may not use QuickPics to upload or publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or as one-time purchases via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge for assistance.
When you connect a social media account and publish content, you are responsible for ensuring that content complies with the terms of service of the respective platform. QuickPics is not liable for content published to third-party platforms.
QuickPics is provided "as is." Maine Winters LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of QuickPics after changes constitutes acceptance.
