We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and when using QuickPics (photos you upload, projects you create, music preferences). We also collect usage data such as feature interactions and error logs to improve the service.
We use your information to provide and improve QuickPics, process payments, send service-related emails, and publish content to social platforms on your behalf when you explicitly request it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Photos you upload are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. They are used solely to generate your slideshows and are never shared with third parties except when you explicitly choose to publish to a social platform. You retain full ownership of all media you upload.
When you connect a social media account (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), we store an encrypted access token to publish on your behalf. We only post content when you explicitly request it. You can disconnect any account at any time from your Settings page.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@myquickpics.com. We will delete your data within 30 days. You can also delete individual projects and photos directly from the app.
We use cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
QuickPics uses Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare for storage and delivery. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
